Shipping & Delivery

We ship through registered and trusted courier partners for domestic and international orders.

• Domestic Orders (Pakistan):
• In-stock items are shipped within 1–2 business days after receipt of full payment. Delivery takes 2–5 working days.
• Out-of-stock items are processed within 3 - 4 Weeks and will be delivered within 3–7 working days after dispatch.
• Orders are processed from our warehouse in Lahore.
• Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
• Urgent shipping is available for an additional charge.

 

• International Orders:
• Shipping may take 1–2 weeks, depending on the destination.
• A shipping fee applies based on the weight and location of the final order.
• Duties & Taxes: Customers must pay any applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency upon delivery. If a customer refuses to pay, delivery will not be completed, and no refunds will be entertained.

Shipping Rates (Domestic Orders)

• Shipping charges are PKR 3,000 for all orders weighing between 1 to 3 Kg.

  For items weighing more than 3 Kg, shipping charges will be calculated manually based on the product's size, weight, and delivery location.
  Our support team will contact you with the exact shipping cost and further details once your order is placed.

Bulk Orders:
If you wish to purchase in bulk from us, please connect with us at inceptionhomepk@gmail.com and we will revert for further correspondence.

Tracking & Delivery

• Tracking details and courier information will be shared upon dispatch via email.
• Orders can be tracked using the provided tracking number on the courier's website.
• If the courier service makes three (3) failed delivery attempts, the package will be returned, and no refunds will be issued.
• Customers must ensure the correct shipping address, including zip code and mobile number. Incorrect details resulting in failed delivery will not be eligible for a refund.
