If you wish to cancel your order, kindly inform us within 12 hours of confirmation—cancellation requests received after this period will not be accommodated.

1. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are only issued for damaged, incorrect, or missing items if reported within the stated timeframe (12–24 hours of receipt).
  • Orders canceled within 12 hours of payment are eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds will not be provided for:
    • Items returned without original packaging or proof of purchase.
    • Items returned beyond the return period.
    • Sale, clearance, or custom-made items.

  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned item is received and inspected at our studio or designated location.
  • Customers will be notified once their refund has been approved and initiated.

4. Non-Refundable Charges

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item).
  • If a customer refuses to pay duties/taxes for international orders, the item will not be delivered, and no refund will be provided.
